Thank you for selecting Renewed by Demi, the DBA of Simply Demi & D LLC, as a partner to help you find tranquility and joy in your space and reclaim control. Before we begin to work together. It is important to review the following terms, as it is helpful when both parties are clear on expectations. As a Professional residential and commercial cleaning and residential organizing business, we value you and your growth in the process. Your confidentiality and trust are of the utmost importance.  Listed below are our terms of service that define our process and service.

Confidentiality

The personal information of and in possession of the Client will be treated confidentially and with respect at all times. During the course of our service, we may come across items of a private or personal nature. It is our policy and is strictly enforced that no personal or private information is ever shared with anyone else. This includes name, address, and phone number. Staff members may share information with the Certified Professional Cleaning owner of Simply Demi & D LLC only. Simply Demi & D LLC follows the written Code of Ethics.

Payment Terms

Payment is due the day services are rendered unless multiple sessions are scheduled for one week, in which case payment is due on the Friday of the week or month in which the work was completed.  Depending on if it's a residential or commercial agreement.

Also, a 50% deposit is requested upfront on all estimated projects. Receipts and invoices are emailed the day the work is performed. The agreed rate is per hour and session for each project. This rate expires at the time regular scheduled appointments cease.

The base rates are:

  • $0 Consultation

  • $60* an hour (*varies per property and job)

  • $100-$200 for a carpet cleaning

  • $47.75 Trash hauling (per ton +Vehicle weight)

  • $15.00 Donation drop-off fee

  • $15.00 additional for extra dusting, fridge, stove, and window cleaning

Returned checks or declined charges will incur a return fee of $50 payable to Simply Demi & D  LLC and the same reserves the right to deny future services, require cash payments or pay-in-advance terms if such an event occurs.  If payment is not made, including any additional return fees, within 30 days we reserve all rights to seek compensation due in court or may turn delinquencies to collection agencies as we see fit.

Travel Time

Sixty (60) minutes of round trip travel time is complimentary from Lakeland, FL. Any additional travel time is billed at a rate of $50-150. Travel fees may be waived at the sole discretion of management.

Cancellation Policy

Due to the high demand in our business, a last-minute cancellation often results in lost income and time for the Cleaner. Due to this irreplaceable loss, we require a minimum of 48 hours notice of cancelation.
Any appointments canceled within fewer than 48 hours prior to appointment time will incur a cancellation fee of $50.

No-show appointments will incur a $100 fee, regardless of the number of hours scheduled.
Simply Demi & D LLC reserves the right to waive fees for special circumstances as determined by management. To do so is at the sole discretion of management and does not in any way alter or waive any portion of this Agreement. We do, however, understand that emergencies happen and therefore allow each client one grace pass per calendar year to reschedule without penalty. There is no grace pass for no-show appointments.

If late cancellations become routine, Simply Demi & D LLC reserves the right to expect payment in advance for the entire cleaning or refuse future services altogether.

Process Ownership

Regarding the editing, sorting, and organizing of items, the Client maintains process ownership.  Simply Demi & D LLC recognizes items as the sole property of the Client, and though efforts will be made to help reduce the volume of belongings when necessary, it is hereby stated that the final decision on such matters belongs to the Client.

Disruption of Service

Simply Demi & D LLC reserves the right to terminate this Agreement for the following reasons:

  • Repeated cancellations and rescheduling

  • Client or family members engage in disruptive, threatening, or violent behavior, which can include but is not limited to yelling, verbal abuse, threats (outright or implied)

  • Non-payment

  • Unsafe or unsanitary working conditions

Liability

Simply Demi & D LLC nor their employees or contractors, is not liable for any loss due to damage to property, self, or disposition of items. The Client retains full responsibility unless gross negligence or intentional damage has been proven.

Items for Disposal

As an additional service by Simply Demi & D LLC, at the Client’s request will transport items for disposal to the appropriate locations. Whether by donation, recycling, shredding, or trash Simply Demi & D  LLC should take items, they may dispose of said items at their sole discretion. Clients may elect to dispose of items personally as well.

Time of Performance

All Simply Demi & D  LLC and contractors do their best to complete the work in a timely manner, however, all parties agree that time is not of the essence to complete any agreed-upon work. While we do our best to work expediently, we also take into consideration the Client’s emotional, physical, and mental needs.  We will adjust our speed of work for the best interest of the Client. If any provision of this contract is held unenforceable, then such provision will be modified to reflect the parties’ intention. All remaining provisions of this contract shall remain in full force and effect.

Photo Release

The Client releases all rights to before and after photos, to be used by Simply Demi & D  LLC for marketing purposes, including but not limited to website, social media, educational presentations, and pamphlets. Client identity and confidentiality will always be a top priority in regards to photo usage.
